Terms During the Event
Organiser Authority & Right of Removal
The Event Organisers, site management, and security personnel reserve the absolute right to refuse entry to, or eject/remove from the site, any person at any time for any reason without prior notice or refund.
Reason for removal includes, but is not limited to: breach of these terms, anti-social behavior, suspected intoxication, illegal substance possession, causing distress to others, or failing to comply with instructions from event staff.
Wristbands
Event wristbands must be worn at all times to access and remain on the festival site. No entry will be permitted without a valid, un-tampered wristband.
Wristbands are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must remain intact for the duration of the event.
By applying and wearing an event wristband, attendees accept full personal responsibility.
The Event Organisers accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or skin irritation caused by wearing an event wristband.
Attendees apply wristbands at their own free will whether that is applied by an event staff member or personally.

Challenge 25 is in operation across all site gates, check-ins, and licensed bars — please bring valid photo ID (Passport or Photo Driving Licence).

Due to livestock in neighboring fields and general site safety, dogs must be kept under control at all times and kept on a short lead wherever required or instructed by stewards.
Owners are strictly required to clean up after their pets immediately. Failure to do so may result in immediate ejection from the site.
Dogs must not be left unattended in vehicles or tents under any circumstances. Licence & Event Price Breakdown Policy
Event Classification & Licence Declaration
Our events are vanlife, camper, and lifestyle festivals—they are not primary music festivals. Live music performances represent only a secondary, ancillary element of the overall event experience, accounting for less than one-third of the total event activities and operational expenditure.
The vast majority of the event scope, site footprint, and operational costs are dedicated to non-music elements, including:
Vehicle exhibitions, displays, and camper showcases
On-site camping and pitch infrastructure
Trade stalls, artisan markets, and food/beverage areas
Family entertainment, workshops, outdoor activities, and lifestyle exhibits
Ticket Value Unbundling for PRS Assessment
Because our events are multi-activity vanlife and lifestyle gatherings rather than dedicated music concerts, ticket sales are comprised of two distinct valuations:
Non-Music Component (Primary Value): Covers camping access, vehicle display areas, site security, sanitation, family activities, trade areas, and general site infrastructure.
Music Component (Ancillary Value): Covers the small percentage attributable strictly to live stage performances and recorded music entertainment.
For the purposes for Music licensing assessment, PRS licence percentages (under Tariff LP, Festival Tariffs, or equivalent) apply strictly to the declared gross receipts of the music component, not the total gross box office revenue.
Sample Ticket Valuation Breakdown
Adult Weekend Ticket Example: Total Ticket Price: £70.00
Music Element Portion: £23.33 (Subject to PRS licensing royalty assessment — represents less than one-third of the ticket value)
Non-Music Element Portion: £46.67 (Covers non-music activities, camping, displays, trade areas, and general event infrastructure)
