WHAT TO EXPECT?

A fantastic weekend filled with live music and plenty of entertainment to keep you going all weekend long. Including 3 stages, family activities, fairground rides, trade stands, dog shows, circus workshops, show and shine, club displays, fantastic street food and over 3 on-site bars.
There are plenty of things to do to keep you busy all weekend long.

Day Visitors

Saturday: 10am – 6pm

Sunday: 10am – 4pm


Camping access 

Friday camping gates open at noon (Midday) Please arrive before 9pm.

Saturday and Sunday Access: From 9am (Arrival before 9pm)

Departure Sunday from 9am- 5pm, no camping Sunday night.

e-tickets queries?

Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. Tickets usually appear within 10 minutes.  If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please head over to our contact page.

Where is the event?

VW Festival takes place at Harewood House a place filled with art, culture and heritage which continues to develop and thrive today.

What food will there be?

We'll have a wide selection of food caterers on-site. Vegan, veggie and gluten options available.

Where can I park?

As always there will be free on-site parking for day visitors and for campers you can park up next to your pitch. A disabled parking area will also be available.

What are the facilities like?

We will have water points in each camping area, skips and waste facilities. Portable toilets will be dotted about throughout the festival.

If you're camping please take your recycling home.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, it's the perfect location for your furry friends, we even have a dog show! But please do keep them on leads at all times. 

What is your refund policy?

No refund policy on all ticket types, in the event that we need to cancel all tickets will be transferred to a new date.

Can you have fires and BBQ?

No open fires or fire pits are allowed to ensure the safety of both our campers and the grounds of the event. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass. Raised BBQs are fine. 

Can I bring a generator?

Sorry, no! No exceptions.

Can I play music?

Please be respectful of other campers, no noise after 11pm at your campsite. Family camping no noise after 10pm. Please be respectful of your fellow campers and allow them to have a good night's sleep. Remember this is a family show. 

What's the camping pitch like?

It’s a festival field, you will not be given a size of a pitch, just pick a spot and pitch up. Please be conscious of how much room you take up and please leave access roads clear and respect taped off areas. 

Can I bring my own drink into the arena?

Weekend ticket holders: We are allowing two cans per person inside the main arena. Each person has to carry their own drinks. We do however have a fantastic range of bars on-site at reasonable prices.

Day visitors: You cannot bring your own drink.

Strictly, no underage drinking. 

Is there a discount for Harewood Card Holders

Day tickets : Harewood Cardholders get free day visitor access to the event. Simply show you Harewood Card on entry to the show.

Full Weekend (including camping tickets) : Harewood members do not receive any discount on full weekend / camping tickets.

Banned items

No silly string, no bb/water pellet guns of any kind, no water pistols, no Chinese lanterns, no fireworks, no glass bottles and no disposable BBQ's.
