Club Stands at VW Festival
Club stands are FREE, however all displaying club members and vehicle occupants must have a prebooked show ticket.
Saturday and Sunday
You can book a club stand for "Saturday and Sunday" or "Sunday only". Those clubs who choose to display on the Saturday AND Sunday will be given a better position at the show and obviously be allowed to display on both days.
Cars can be left in place on the club stand on the Saturday night, and even though there will be 24 hour security, cars are left at the owners own risk. Please note, no one is permitted to sleep or camp on the club stands. Each club stand will have its own marked out plot.
Accessing your club stand
We send club stand stickers to the stand organisers, who will then need to forward them to each club stand car. This sticker must be in place on the front of your car in order to access your club stand. Displaying this on your windscreen or headlight will help us park you more quickly.
Theme / Fancy Dress
More and more clubs turn up to VW Festival in a theme. The 2012 theme is "THE BEACH". There's prizes for the best Club Stand.
