Each year we offer businesses the opportunity to sponsor the event in a multitude of ways, from logos and links on the website through to sponsoring individual elements of the show! In fact we are happy to tailor sponsorship packages to suit your specific requirements. Sponsors are a very important element of the event as they allow us to keep improving and investing in the event.

VW Festival has continued to grow year on year since the first show in 2005 and we are now one of Harewood House's biggest events. We attracted over 17,000 visitors to VW Festival 2011, and this year we have an extra day!!

Starter Sponsorship Package - £250 + vat

Sponsorship exposure will run for the whole of 2012, so the sooner you get onboard the more exposure you will get. Your company is advertised in the following ways:

If you feel like thinking bigger, in conjunction with Harewood House we are able to arrange even more coverage and exposure.

Magazine coverage
Posters and Drum Adverts, your logo could appear on posters, show boards, event signage and street side drum adverts located around Leeds and surrounding areas.
Your team could attend the event distributing promotional gifts/samples/vouchers.
Sponsor an outdoor screen / parking attendant tabards.
Articles, references and images could be included on Harewood Houses own website before and after the event.
Inclusion within the email newsletters to Harewood cardholders.
Scope for on Bus promotion.
Logo on Harewood Houses sun shades, umbrellas and canopies around Harewood.
Drinks reception "Below Stairs" with use of the Terrace for you and guests of your choice.
