Q. What's the time schedule?
Friday
You need to be in possession of a prebooked weekend ticket.
The FAMILY and MAIN campsite entrances will open at 12.30pm, pick your plot and please yourself for the afternoon.....you are welcome to wander the grounds of Harewood House, or just sit, eat, drink and be merry in the campsite.
PLEASE NOTE: entertainment will not start until 6PM! Children's Disco from 6pm - 8pm, followed by live music from RELOADED and "THE BEACH" themed Disco from 8pm – Midnight.
Don't forget, you MUST have a prebooked tickets to camp!

Q. Why should I PREBOOK a ticket?
- Camping is only available by prebooking a weekend ticket
- Day tickets are cheaper to prebook than buy on the day
- Children under 12 enter FREE when prebooked and with an adult with a ticket

Q. What types of tickets are there?
"Weekend" Tickets
- Entry to the FAMILY or MAIN Campsite at Harewood House on Friday through to Sunday ( inc BAR, FOOD and LIVE MUSIC) and entry the Show.
- You also have full access to the facilities at Harewood House (excluding access to the House itself.)
- £35 for adults, £20 for children aged 13-16, and free for children 12 and under if prebooked and accompanied by an adult in possession of a prebooked ticket.
- Each weekend ticket is per person, not per pitch
"Day Pass" Tickets
- Allows you access to the Show day on the Saturday OR Sunday. You choose which, but please note the ticket can only be used on one day.. You cannot camp on the Friday or Saturday night and will have to be offsite by 5pm. There is no option to upgrade.
- You also have full access to the facilities at Harewood House (excluding access to the House itself.
- £12 for adults, £6 for children aged 13-16, and free for children 12 and under if prebooked and accompanied by an adult in possession of a prebooked ticket.
Q. On a Club Stand?
In order to access your club stand, you must prebook their show entry tickets.
Q. Camping at Harewood?
To camp over at VW Festival you MUST prebook a Weekend Ticket.
Q. When does prebooking end?
When we sell all the allocated weekend tickets and day pass tickets. This may not be at the same time, for example, we may have to turn off weekend ticket prebooking for example once the camp site is at capacity, but we may still have an allocation of day pass tickets.
Q. When will my tickets arrive?
The tickets are instant printed at home tickets, very similar to that from airline boarding passes.
Q. Can I get a Ticket Refund?
We do not issue refunds on prebooked tickets.
Q. How much are trade stands?
Trade plots are £20 + vat per metre frontage, click here for full trade price information.
Q. Are auto jumble stands FREE?
Yes, auto jumble stands are free, however you and each of your staff must be in possession of a PREBOOKED entry ticket - click here to reserve your stand.
Q. How do I get to Harewood?

Q. Are Dogs allowed on site and the campsite?
Yes, but on leads at all times, and obviously cleaned up after immediately.
Q. Is there any camping on site?
