What's the time schedule?

- Saturday 14th August 2010
You can arrive anytime from 12.30pm, pick your plot and please yourself for the afternoon.....you are welcome to wander the grounds of Harewood House, or just sit, eat, drink and be merry in the campsite. PLEASE NOTE entertainment will not start until 6PM! and you MUST have a prebooked tickets to camp! Childrens Disco at the Marquee from 6pm - 8pm followed by a themed Disco from 8pm - Midnight......theme to be decided :) suggestions welcome!

Why should I PREBOOK a ticket?

- QUICK SHOW ENTRY

"Weekend" Tickets - Entry to the Campsite at Harewood House on Saturday ( inc BAR, FOOD and LIVE MUSIC) and entry the Show on Sunday.
- You also have full access to the facilities at Harewood House (Bird Garden, Grounds, House etc..)
- £15 for adults and FREE for Children

"Sunday Only" Tickets
- Allows you access to the Show day on the Sunday. You can not camp on the saturday night, or upgrade your ticket.
- You also have full access to the facilities at Harewood House (Bird Garden, Grounds, House etc..)
- £9 for adults and FREE for Children

On a Club Stand
- In order to access your club stand, you must prebook either a Weekend or Sunday Only Ticket
Camping at Harewood - To camp over at VW Festival you MUST prebook a Weekend Ticket.

When does prebooking end? - Sunday August 8th 2010

When will my tickets arrive? - Within the last 2 weeks before the show. Some tickets may arrive earlier, depending on when they were booked.

Can I get a Ticket Refund? Please note, we do not issue refunds on prebooked tickets.

How much are trade stands? Trade plots are £10 per metre frontage, click here for full trade price information

Are auto jumble stands FREE? Yes, auto jumble stands are free, however you and each of your staff must be in possession of a PREBOOKED entry ticket - click here to reserve your stand

How do I get to Harewood? Click here for directions to Harewood

Are Dogs allowed on site and the campsite? Yes, but on leads at all times, and obviously cleaned up after immediately.

Is there any camping on site? Yes, on the Saturday night, but only if you prebook a Weekend Ticket. Click here for Camping Details
